LOL, I passed piss tests serving on active military duty... do you really believe people getting assistance aren't capable of defeating a piss test?
This isn't fantasy world. This is reality. Drug tests cost a lot of money. The most likely reason they don't do them already is because it's a waste of money. People getting free money will beat the piss test every time.
