They are counting social security as a welfare program for one.

Also, how many white people are there in this country? 70% how many blacks? 15% (guessing but it should be pretty close) When you count social security and there are 4x more white people than blacks is there any surprise that white people COLLECTIVELY use it more than blacks?

Loved the hate whitey undertones in that article. curious who wrote it.
