the fact is that no one knows what a catastrophic even would do. i suspect that if the US had to deal with the sudden death of millions of people, the entire govt would collapse..

i've often said that a few thousand well organized armed people could wreck havoc on the US and the govt doea not have a plan in place to deal with that..

keep your eyes open. if we end up with a catastrophic environmental even from the gulf oil spill, life as we know it could change overnight...
