It was a pain in the ass, I have great insurance with Farmers, I called them, next day the adjuster was there, next day I had a check for $9950.00 and an appointment with their floor people, they redid my flooring for most of the house, I did some upgrades and ended up putting about $1k into the house. I have some good tenants in there now, been there for over 2 years now. If all goes well with the new business, when they move out,. I'll just use the place for vacations

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
