Get them from direct link trades, content link trades, swap blog post links with others, swap with your other sites, social bookmarks/social networks, make blog comments, forum signatures, link lists that don't use scripts, gallery posts that don't use scripts, buy the links, directories, other search engines, adult search engines, and any other place you can get a link.
