I said '75% of the population', this means that white people make up 75% of the population. Number sounds off but I pulled it from a post in this thread.
Next I said 'and 61% of those receiving aid'. This means white people make up 61% of those receiving aid which is what the OP stated.
These statements do not contradict each other. If there are 100 million people in America with 2 million on welfare then there are 75 million white Americans and 1.2 million on welfare.
