Well that is apparent I think. I needed a pet that could keep up with me and Tanker. Funny thing was when we rescued our first Jack Russell from the pound the lady was hesitant to let me have Dobby because at the time I had no backyard even though there was a ton of green space around us.

Anyhow after having him for about a 2 weeks I became very concerned. All my supposedly hyper dog did was sleep all day long. I thought maybe he didn't like us or something.

So being a good dog owner I took Dobby to the vet. I told her the issue and asked her if she thought he could be ill or unhappy. She asked me what types of exercise he was getting. I said I take him on an hour hike every morning and then walk him 2 or 3 more times throughout the day for 15 - 20 minutes.

The vet laughed at me and said, "Ellisa there is nothing wrong with your dog, he is just tired." So much for finding a dog with more energy than me LoL
