You can try and string together two distant points and claim he is breaking the law or doing something shady, but merchant banks and web hosts are not just going to pull down a company because of some complaining affiliate. It would take a lot more to get them to pull the plug.
Even then, he can kill the affiliate piece of his program. just go get another host and merchant account or third party processor and be back up in no time.

Dunno about that. The promotion there on the SatanCash website makes certain promises of payment.
The FTC is not big on online scams, but I doubt they would come to the aid of small business pornographers.
My guess is the only way to shut down Satan Cash is with a lawsuit. If you had a large number of plaintiffs, it would add a lot of weight to the allegations. If you took him to court, you'd have him by the balls.
The trick would be collecting.
