And I'm definitely not saying Republicans do this. They do as well, I just can't think of any examples off the top of my head this morning.

Last year people caught a Mass state rep, who voted for higher alcohol taxes, buying large volumes of booze at a New Hampshire state liquor store, NH has no tax.
