Local and state have rules for SHIPPING porn. For example, we cannot ship Pink Visual DVDs to a distributor or retailer in the state of Tennessee, just one of those locations that has the no porn shipping rule.
Then many states have what they consider obscene going through the mail. We have a list of zip codes we aren't allowed and DO NOT send to. Legal keeps us updated frequently to any additions or removals from the list.
