Fuck lawyers, fuck the legal system. What have they done for porn lately even tho we HAVE to pay our fucking taxes!!! What we should do is get mid-evil on these bitches!! It kills people like me the most, I dont make tons of money off my content, I make my own stuff, and when my content ends up on tube sites (which it has many times) i really lose out. I dont have the money to pay for the pricey bulldog security to have a chance at my stuff not being stolen, i dont have a super smart webmaster either dont have a webmaster at that right now.
I dont see why you guys who have HUGE programs and bring in several million a year dont do something about this. Its not like you guys arent effected by it too. I have seen some new stuff from some major programs on tube sites, stuff that is as old as 1 week.
What would it take for people to band together and make a class action lawsuit against Brazzers and other LARGER tube sites? Not like we cant find out who they are and where they are hosting at. Hell even tho I am far form rich I would toss some of my money towards a class suit, if everyone else did the same maybe we could make a difference on our own!!!
