Hi JD,

It seems you're still quite active on these boards even though you have ignored us for over a month (18 June 2010 was the last time we heard from you). You need to contact us immediately considering we have already paid you half the cost of the theme we ordered in the amount of $600.

We have emailed and IM'd you several times over the last month, and you have completely ignored us. This needs to end now, today. If you have time to lurk these boards, then you damn sure need to make time for clients that have already paid you half of a projects cost.

We first contacted you about doing a template for us because you seemed to be a reputable guy, at least here on the boards... but after having dealt with you and your blatant disregard for our time and money, I honestly can't see myself hiring you for another project; which is unfortunate.

We need to hear from you today. You either need to contact us with a sample of the template with changes we specified over a month ago, or you need to refund our money.

I am sorry to have to go to such lengths, but if we do not hear from you one way or another, TODAY, then we will have no choice but to file a dispute with paypal; which can get ugly. We don't want to have to go this route, but we will if you continue to ignore us.
