FACTS:
1) he kept the money without getting in touch with me before leaving, and the day after this happened he promised on the phone to pay back
2) it took me 8 months of bullshit excuses to get some money back
3) he didn't bother to pay back the rest, it took me another 20 months of bullshit excuses
4) resulting in a "payment plan" for $ 150 - that's a joke, you can't be serious with this, can you?
