do as you're told or i'll zap you tool and I can't remember if the nosy policeman that turned up here to see me a couple of weeks ago had one on his belt or not.
The no insurance thing is usually called by the car now. They are fitted with a camera and check every numberplate they see against a database of insured cars then it tells the driver. All I can guess at is that he got out of his car and was a bit aggressive.
