One of my favorite books, which he gave to me one year for Christmas, was titled "Trout Fishing in America", by Richard Brautigan.
My Dad was a cool dude. I am proud to have had him as a Father.
Before he died, he indicated that he did not want to be buried in a cemetery, which he regarded as a sad place. Instead he wanted to be cremated and his ashes spread in the Puget Sound (the Bay surrounding Seattle), so that when anyone from my family went fishing (and we all love fishing) we could visit him when we were out there.
