I'm not surprised. Your tube is pretty weak on ads. I clicked
this video and the related video section only has two listed. That will hurt the stickiness A LOT.
Plus there is way too much white space on the vid page. I'm not suggesting filling it up with ads in every pixel, but there is nothing framing the video - a huge comment section with no comments (this feature is useless anyway IMO) and all you have is a simple text link above and below the video. There is no real call to action or any association between the video clip and the link - i.e. 'download this full length video here.
You really aren't trying to sell the surfer the way I see it. Again, not recommending banners and crap everywhere, but let them know what they are seeing is low res shit. The real deal is only a click away.
You can also try linking to the pornstar page with big names like Sara Jay. Hell, Brazzers lets you link right to that video. The devil is in the details.

With the tgp, the gallery is selling the site and generating the click. Your tube isn't doing that. This is just my
and I'm a noob here, but I have studied the shit out of marketing and generating user flow on websites and that's all we're really talking about here.
