When I was a National Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 company, I used to hire only competent women and minorities (of course without telling anyone). People noticed the diversity in my team but never suspected that it was deliberate.
If you knew me better you would know that I am deliberately ambiguous on a frequent basis...
