I'll tell you what...I'm NOT for the govt. getting involved in anything.
But this situation is one that requires a treaty amongst all govts.
I certainly don't trust our govt. one damn bit to do anything except find ways for Senators to make money on the sly.
But an international treaty with all govts involved looks to be the only way to slow down this theft.
