If he wanted to sell it publicly, you would all already know the name.
I am not asking anyone to do my job for me. I am also not really sure why there is so much animosity amongst you guys. I am new to the adult space, so rather than cold calling the likes of Naughty America, I thought to post here and test the waters. A finder's fee is just that. It is not for selling the website. Formulating a prospectus, handling due diligence, putting together a purchase agreement, handling closing, answering buyer questions, etc.... are all things that need to be done to get the site sold.
Let's try something different. If you know someone that has the money to do something like this, message me and tell me how much you would want to just provide me the name. This way, you guys are the ones who can be unreasonable and ask for $50K to simply refer a name and do nothing else at all.
