This is clearly just an asking price. The actual price it will sell for could certainly be less....or more! The numbers I am referencing are profit numbers, not revenue.
Value is a very relative term. Sometimes sites sell for 12 months profit while others sell for over 36 months profit. All depends on the actual business.
If you actually have someone who has an interest in purchasing sites like these, why not try and make an extra buck to simply refer someone rather than shooting down the opportunity to do so?
