The designer for the first tour may had have instructions by the owner and got the "feeling" from your design, but again, same can be said between your design and Cybererotica's lineup of sites.
And finally, program owners not always ask designers to make a tour because of the conversions (how would they know?) but because of the look. Believe me, I know it first hand and many times I have had to say my clients "are you really, really, REALLY sure? I promoted that and converts like crap!" Again, not saying this is the case, just making another point

- I would sound ridiculous if I claimed they stole our design. I said imitation, which is a bit more than just being inspired of it. I seen many designs inspired by our Destiny design from year ago and i didn't say a word to anyone, because i sow those designs as being inspired by.

- i just went to CE site as i haven't looked at it in ages.. if our design has more resemblance with CE than those sites in my OP with our design, then i'm lost at words, one of us is clearly blind.

- no i'm not claiming models in header and 3 big menu buttons with reflections as something original, although with some replies in this thread i see how some can look only at those things and laugh at my post. whole construction of their tour imitates our design. most paysites have models in headers, some sites have reflections - so what? the way those two tours constructed are imitating CO design.
