Over React ?!?!? The guy was there BY HIMSELF and I saw him snapping pics towards the girls, there's a short dock and while i was out there, 3 young teens came out and he was snapping towards us to get the girls, and it wasn't just me because one of the girls that grabbed the camera SAW ALL of the pics on the card when the cop got there, she said there were girls of ALL ages, even little kids playing in the sand, one girl there was like 40 shots of that was like 13. Yeah, that's just him taking pictures.
