Posting again, because I'm in the middle of the program (week 3). P90X may not be a fitness holy grail, but it works great for me. As I said further up, I'm already seeing improvement in my strength and energy levels. All you have to do is press play on your DVD and do it, every day. It's just what I was looking for. I've tried gyms, personal trainers, etc... I fucking hated every second. When I'm in a gym, I just feel stupid and self conscious, like everyone is looking at me, and I can't relax. Being able to do this at home, with minimal investment in equipment is exactly what I needed, and so far, it works great. I can't wait to see the results after the 90 days, and then again at 180! It's also not as crazy for a beginner as you might be led to believe. If you can do most of the fit test, you'll be ok. They show you modified moves for almost everything to make it a little easier until you get used to it. They also show ways to make things harder. So far, I'm a very happy customer.
