"Since Obama?s inauguration, prosecutors have pressed on with pending obscenity cases and accepted guilty pleas in one high-profile prosecution brought in Pittsburgh. However, there have been no announcements of new adult obscenity indictments, a trend that Justice Department officials declined to discuss, though they did note that federal prosecutions for child pornography have continued apace. "

This entire article talks about how Obama and his administration are not really making obscenity prosecutions a priority.

Here is another recent article from a conservative group who is pissed because it appears that Obama has gone soft on porn.

Another article here from a few months ago about Congress grilling Holder for his lack of obscenity prosecutions.

Here is an interesting op/ed piece about someone complaining that Obama has done nothing.
From that article we get this quote about Obama and his obscenity task force: "The U.S. Justice Department has an Obscenity Prosecution Task Force led by Brent Ward, who is able and committed. But the FBI has refused to provide agents to investigate adult obscenity cases and none of 92 U.S. Attorneys have filed a case."

One more from Politico where they talk about how Obama has had very little interest in perusing porn, but that instead he is having these task forces use those resources to fight child porn.
From that article: "In the wake of President Barack Obama's election in 2008, some in the adult-film business expected prosecutions like that of Stagliano would be abandoned and that the unit which brought the case, the Obscenity Prosecution Task Force, would be shuttered. That has not happened, despite a tradition that a Democratic administrations have put more emphasis on child pornography and less on adult pornography."

followed by: ""With everything that's going on in the world, they're taking on the adult industry?" asked Sirkin incredulously. "There is no longer the common problems that once existed with adult bookstores on every corner. It's a completely different, kind of self-contained home marketplace."

Are there more convictions that under Bush? That might be because Obama did finish up the cases that were in action. One, for example, was a big case against Extreme Associates that had been going on since 2003, but finally came to a close in 2009.

I looked and looked and find no information that he is increasing prosecutions. I'm not saying that the people on this panel were fear mongering in order to drum up business fro their services, but I just don't see any evidence that what they are saying is accurate.
As with any subject, you're going to get conflicting stories, most of the info you got is a year old and yes mine is based on an article on XBiz. What was said on XBiz made sense , but as anything in politics happens, you'll might never get a straight answer. And any graphs will be grouped together with underage convictions. It never made sense to me that Obama would go after porn, I mean it's not in his agenda and he has little time for thing not in his agenda, you know like generating jobs.

OK< ASSHAT, don't come in here with the fucking tack of a 8th grader and try to blast me you fucking troll.
Unless you have some fucking facts and can act like you have brain cell fucking one in your empty echo chamber head, shut the fuck up and go back to your superman cartoons.

So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
