The newbie cannot get good quality porn to post everywhere, unless he steals it. Neither can he put together a professional looking site with good porn and know where and how to get good traffic from.
So the experienced webmaster has a head start, assuming he has the skills. The hardest is to choose really good porn, something that will make a surfers dick so hard he will pay $25 a month to look at it. Then put it up in such a way that the surfer falls inlove with the girls and is so eager to see more of them he's tapping out his CC number before he has time to think. Then get the right type of traffic, not collect 100s of newbies with no ideas to drive anyone to the site.
A magazine editor has to go to college to learn graphic design, he then gets a job as an assistant picture editor, if he's good he then becomes a picture editor, then an assistant editor, then an editor. This can take 2 to 5 years
Some webmasters have not been in the business 2 to 5 months and expect to be able to do a good job.
Suffering from free porn? Offer them something better. Or learn to drive a bus.
Because the big porno companies are moving in and they do know how to pick porn and design a porn site. Drive traffic, well they have 10 years worth of content they own ALL rights on. They can give it out to the newbies to do that for them.

I disagree on the design point. ARS's amateur designed BYOT tours often outperform their pro look tours. Its bizarre and you wouldn't think that would happen consistently, but it does.
Basic economics involves supply and demand. The supply of free porn is larger now than ever. I've been on the Net since it started and the amount of high quality pics and movies you can get without paying has increased dramatically in the past couple years.
The galleries we promote that have half the pics enlargeable and half you have to join to see outperform the completely free galleries. So that verifys that pretty well.
