It was alot more prevalent in the media a few years ago. You had that chick Rachel Zoe styling everyone and allegedly putting starlets on meth diets. Amy Winehouse, Nicole Richie, Kate Bosworth, Lindsey Lohan, Kierra Knightly, etc all sporting the "bones" look. Now you've still got some possible lifetime anorexics like Mary Kate Olson and celebs that ride the edge of being too thin like Angelina Jolie and Victoria Beckham, but it's no where near as nuts as it was just a few years ago.
I'm sure pro-ana sites still exist, but you don't hear people talking about them anymore. Guessing their traffic with the trend is dying off as well.
