The only way that is not photoshoped is if all of those affiliates are paying out the ass per click for adwords type campaign. There is no way in hell that is pure SEO, organic traffic. My money is that it is photoshoped. Don't believe it for one second.
I'm not doubting that there isn't enough suckers out there to fall for this stuff and buy it, but I am laughing at the 1:5 ratio claims.
