well i tried to buy a lake lot about a month ago. Made an offer for the full list price - it had been on the market for 7 years with no offers. nice little lot - 130x700 feet. They guy turned me down.  seems two weeks earlier he talked to the neighbor and the neighbor asked him to hold the lot for him for another year so he could scrap up the cash to buy it. FUCK was I PISSED - take it off the fucking market if you're not going to sell the God damn thing.
now I'm looking again. thinking whiteshell........ lots of high end cottages there along the manitioba/ontario border.
