Any other Canadian have problems with the paypal debit card?
Just wondering if any other Canadians have had any problems with their paypal debit card? Everytime I try to take out money I get a message that the network is unavailable.

Just wondering whether this is happening to anyone else? Or maybe time to try calling paypal.
