so... I surmise that Giddyboy was sent here by his pals with the objective that he goad Robbie into some kind of 'deal' where giddyboy puts up nothing but his 'opinion' and Robbie puts ALL of his content into the 'public domain'.
When Giddyboys 'knowledge' fails to produce 1 dime - he walks back to his buddies and its high-fives all around for successfully getting all of CM's work on the torrents.

TheDoc puts up all the time effort expertise money contacts advertising etc (ie. 'the grunt work') and the great and powerful giddyboy puts up his 'knowledge'.
when it doesn't make a dime - TheDoc is left with the debt
'if' it makes some money - giddyboy pats himself on the back, claims victory and pockets 1/2 the money for doing nothing (as I am sure that if TheDoc put all the effort into it it would make money anyways)
Giddyboy - you are 1 fucked up dood - you should put your efforts into 'Tony Robbins' type scams where you fleece people by selling your 'motivational words' - cause thats really all you have to offer.
