what i did with the napster spike launch was never done before.
when i told people that they should only buy SANs that supported ethernet over fibre channel, every other resaech company was saying don't worry about protocol incompatibility it will be fixed later. (and that was major companies like forrester, gigi, meta etc)

are you trying to change the deal, this statement sounds like a standard affiliate agreement
originally you said you were going to cover all the cost of opperation of the site
all i was going to do was
teach you what to do, you would handle all the grunt work.
