I'll add this though: IF for some reason FIFA continues with their mental breakdown and they don't institute a system for instant replay for both challenge and review, then when 2014 rolls around I think countries should start backing out and withholding their teams. Yes it's that big a deal. These obvious missed calls and obvious goals not counted is just needless and absurd.
Even pro tennis has instant replay/challenge. TENNIS!

I completely agree. They should back out until FIFA institutes some kind of technology. I've watched every world cup since 1994 and this has been the worst.. Not only because of the refs and lack of technology, but the quality of play isn't what it once was, especially in the 90s when you had SOOOO many superstars actually performing.
