... and Gideon, it would not protect pirate bay or its users, only those hosting the website under the parole free "political" speech.
Even if the Swedish voters manage to get them into parliament they will get some "immune" politicians who abuse the constitution to encourage and push:
- theft and non credited copyright work
- tax fraud
- warez
- hacking
- stolen credit cards and passwords
- child abuse
... and the list goes on and on.
I have no problem with politicians who host and work for freedoms but they have to leave out the criminal activities. If they abuse the constitution, then they are doing exactly opposite of what they are "fighting" for...
