I have babe traffic and rank well for various babe terms and Twisty's has the lowest ratio all time.. 0:1236 since Jan 1, 2010.. I stopped adding galleries 'cause other shit converts all the time.
JuicyAds does okay, but I normally only buy. I know others who make good coin with them, though.
