The best way to fight online piracy is to block or remove their domains. Make it so the site owner and his advertisers unsure if the site will be online next week.
Spotting people pirating mainstream movies, music, programs, etc will be easy. For porn is will be a lot harder because of all the free stuff we have thrown our there. And it will make little difference IMO. Some sponsors will still give away way too much in their efforts to get a sign up.
