I have a lazy eye too. Most 3D does not work for me but some do. Avatar 3D was spectacular, but Superman 3D was Meh.
Red/Green 3D never worked for me. And even if it did, you lose correct color anyway.
The best 3D porn will be whoever produces it with a true 3D video camera, for 120hz or higher computer screens. If you plan to encode it at the usual rate, it'll only be a gimmick.
