The kid will not do hard time. He'll agree to close shop in a plea deal and do about 18 months in a federal minimum security facility. He may even have a chance to gain some first-hand experience on technique---but he will be on the receiving end.
He's in a catch 22 situation. He knows if he gives his real name and street address as federal law requires, then a reasonable risk of producing this sort of content is that this young woman may have someone in her life who loves her (for example an older brother or father) and this "content" producer's life will be at risk.
