I've found some really nice ones on themeforest.com - dunno if I've been lucky, but the ones I've bought, the authors are very fast to respond to their comments and do little upgrades when I found stuff that could be optimized in their themes, Pretty good community over there. Woothemes.com is good too, have bought a few of theirs
