For our regular sites, we allow one pop-up/console
outside of the members area and we do allow one FPA inside the members area too. Premium sites have much stricter rules obviously. The linklist currently gets 100% SE traffic and our member webmasters tell us this is a good thing ;) Your site will also get crawled since we use a static and not a dynamic page model for our list.
