The other day I got a notice of a rebill from a cam site I promote that just moved to NATS. So I got credited with the rebill but not the initial sale. (Yeah, I tried to contact them through their NATS system, but no response, I guess they must be really busy)
I'm getting to where I will only promote CC Bill sites anymore.
