Los Angeles for example has an average of 330 sunny days a year. To say this would eliminate my SADs would be an understatement.
Has anyone who is not an American, ever moved there to live and work? Skills aren't an issue, but I was wondering if anyone could share their experiences.

pretty sure I have the same issue... seasonal affective disorder.... I get really depressed when it's overcast. Maui was awesome... sun and warm year round. Bay Area is around 50% sun I'd guess, but also less than optimal temps in the winter too, and long stretches of overcast.
