well at first you should see how much he smokes by allowing him to smoke in your presence.. then make him smoke 'till he gets sick.. and always make fun of him for smoking in front of everybody.. make him feel stupid for smoking..
also search for some documentary about smoking and effects and watch it with the whole family.. and make fun of him.. bust his balls.. he deserves it..
