that is really their problem. people have to be proactive within their own groups, families and communities for any long lasting change to happen.
to change a culture someone within it has to rise up and want change. if they are to ignorant or afraid to do anything about it than their is no hope for them in the first place.
i am not totally sure about the educated part. i firmly believe there are people who are meant to be stupid and people who are not. that in why is some circumstances people can strive to become successful out of the worst circumstances. and other people who have it on a silver platter can blow it all.
i think it is bullshit how humans try to save everyone. we are human not everyone is meant to be equal. we should indeed have equal rights. but if people are not willing to stand up for their own rights or take risks to get them than again there is no hope for them anyway.
majority of the world is weak and should be controlled to some degree. even if they had 100% equal opportunity certain cultures of people would still manage to blow it. it is ingrained in them. better to let them die off so the gene pool gets strong.
