I have had my ICQ and email in the ticket since June 13th as requested. Nobody contacted me. I finally grabbed the techs ICQ from their profiles and started contacting them.
Please have a tech contact with me a date that they can install the software and everything will be fine. I don't care when it is. Just tell me the day and time and I'll be happy. Is that too much to ask?
