Disposable Email Addresses. Do you block visitors from registering with them?

We get lots of people trying to use disposable email addresses these days. Below are some of the sites that offer this service.

thankyou2010.com
mailcatch.com
spam.la
mailforspam.com
sogetthis.com
mailinator.com
10minuteemail.com
bofthew.com
disposeamail.com

99.9% of members with a disposable email address never spend any money so we have been blocking people from using these email addresses and maintaining a list of known sites that offer this service.

One other thing that is very common is for people to use alternative free email addresses with the word "spam" in them that they rarely check. An example of this would be [email protected]. We have begun to block and not allow people to register with email addresses that include the word "spam" in it.

So, those of you with your own sites, how do you handle disposable emails?
