when i started I got paid shit from what everyone else was making in the industry but I proved myself and now I'm a partner.

I was raised to work hard nothing comes easy. and I still work 14 hours a day. go figure
when i first got into it I had to learn it all on my own there was no webmaster resources etc or people to help.

depends on the person. i don't mind working 14 hours a day, but i better have a nice pot at the end of the rainbow. as in the potential for a multimillion dollar bonus at the end of the year
