actually it could.......it would only take one thing.....lobbyists.
but the sad reality is that the same way the porn world doesnt want to pay the game.....and its PAY not PLAY.....you will not advance in that type of environment.
why do you think the financial institutions, tobacco companies, alcoholic beverage companies, automobile industry and oil companies get away with so much while other "industries" that forget to "share the wealth" and have a simplistic approach to get rich quick.....and never play ball like the big boys.....the big boys learned a long time ago......contribute to the PAC of your choice and everything will be fine and good for you and your side on the hill.
