If you cant subdue a 17 year old girl and issue a jaywalking ticket without punching her in the face then you shouldnt be a cop. Anyone that sides with the actions of that cop is/was in law enforcement or has friends or family in law enforcement. Personally that video makes me sick, as does the comments from some people.

Have you seen the video? She wanted to play rought but lost, also the cop new that he was outnumbered and more people were moving in, he had either the choice of quickly getting her under control or walking away and letting a crim escape with the impression that she can do whatever she wants just because she is a girl. i think he did well.
