They've gotta be REALLY good keywords...like even 10 times better than what you'd fine in .org or .net in order to be reasonable to get for it to be worth it IMO. Otherwise you're better off finding an available .net or .org on solid keywords, .com on less-solid keywords, or spending some money and buying a better existing domain from someone.
