Somewhere on this earth, and at all points, we have every kind of conditions you can imagine. From frozen sub-arctic wintery Hells like North Dakota or Antarctica, to pristine perfectly beautiful paradises like Hawaii and the Caribbean, and everything in between. Weed grown indoors is getting a steady water supply and artificial light. That's not hard to replicate naturally in a lot of places. It's not a "lab" so much as it is a greenhouse.
EDIT: In addition, greenhouse vs. lab, there have never been any headlines like, "Marijuana Lab Explodes Violently". That's what Meth labs do.
